Skills and Experience

• Technical degree in Quality Engineering or equal experience
• Experience in supplier development and quality assurance.
• Knowledge in IATF and ISO 9001.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• PCA (Permanent Corrective Action)
• SRICA (Supplier Request for Industrial Change Approval
• SREA (Supplier Request for Engineering Approval)
• Supplier Process Audits and sourcing of new suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
• Expected to travel 70% on-site presence at suppliers.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Driver’s license required

Your role at Aurobay

As a Supplier Performance Management, you will:
✅ Ensure supplier quality – Manage focus suppliers and ensure they meet set quality targets.
✅ Lead on-site audits & quality checks – Conduct PPAP, PCA, and sourcing audits to verify and enhance supplier processes.
✅ Drive continuous improvement – Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and support escalated issues.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally – Act as the key liaison between suppliers and internal quality, sourcing, and engineering teams.
✅ Be the main contact for assigned suppliers – Conduct regular on-site visits ~70% on-site presence at suppliers to ensure compliance, quality improvements, and supplier development.
