At Aurobay, we are looking for a Head of Sustainability to lead our sustainability strategy, reporting, and compliance efforts.
Skills and Experience:
- University degree in Sustainable Development, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability management, reporting, or a relevant field.
- Leadership experience in managing teams, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Sustainability Reporting & Compliance – Experience with GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Sustainability Management – Strong background in corporate sustainability initiatives and goal setting.
- Project & Process Development – Ability to develop, implement, and optimize sustainability-related projects and processes.
- Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence – Experience in assessing and managing sustainability risks and opportunities.

Your Role at Aurobay:
As Head of Sustainability, you will play a key leadership role at Aurobay, joining the management team to drive and shape the company’s sustainability efforts. This is a manager-level position where you will provide strategic oversight, lead the Sustainability function, and ensure alignment across departments to achieve corporate sustainability goals. You will lead a dedicated team, influence decision-making, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet sustainability targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
you will:
✅ Lead Aurobay’s sustainability strategy – Develop, implement, and manage corporate sustainability focus areas, targets, and action plans. Ensure compliance with customer and legal sustainability requirements.
✅ Drive sustainability governance & leadership – Lead the Sustainability function within Quality & Sustainability and manage the Aurobay Core Sustainability Group. Promote sustainability competence development across the organization.
✅ Oversee sustainability reporting & risk management – Manage sustainability reporting (GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy), stakeholder engagement, and risk & opportunity assessments. Analyze sustainability data to drive informed decision-making.
✅ Develop sustainability policies & processes – Act as Process Manager for “Manage Sustainability,” ensuring policies, directives, and processes align with corporate sustainability goals.
