We are looking for a skilled Project Leader to join our R&D department, specifically in the Project & Quality section. This role is essential for managing and leading projects to ensure successful delivery.

Skills and Experience  

• Master's degree or equivalent based on work experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Chinese is a requirement.

Your role at Aurobay

As a Project Leader at Aurobay you will:

• Create and update project plans according to agreed project content.
• Ensure project-related deliveries align with the agreed product development process.
• Conduct project information and progress review meetings to inform and coordinate project deliveries.
• Escalate cross-functional technical deviations to the Chief Engineer.
• Serve as the interface to external or internal customers of the project.
• Ensure the delivery of the decided technical solution on time and within budget.
• Ensure quotation responses from the line organization for project requests.
