  Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership experience in a senior financial role, preferably as a CFO, within a global organization, with a proficiency in managing stakeholders
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• A master’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Fluent in Business English. Multilingual skills are a plus, with Swedish and/or Chinese being highly beneficial.

Your role at Aurobay

As a Chief Financial Officer at Aurobay you will:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and Joint Venture requirements.
• Promote a culture of financial responsibility, integrity and diligence across the organization.
• Manage all financial operations, establishing, monitoring, and enforcing robust policies and procedures.
• Ensure company assets are protected through internal control measures.
• Regularly monitor and confirm Aurobay's strong financial standing through audits.
• Comply with all legal and business requirements, ensuring risk management within the Joint Venture framework.
• Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge.
