As a Calibration Leader you will Conduct cutting-edge research and development to advance our technology, capabilities and mission of sustainability.

Skills and Experience
- University degree in engineering (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of combustion and diagnostic engine technology.
- Experience in software and function development.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Team player who is ambitious, driven, and proactive.
- Valid Swedish driver’s license.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Calibration Leader you will:
- Ensure timely delivery of project functions, optimization, and attribute balancing while meeting emissions compliance and verification requirements.
- Plan and prioritize internal testing resources, including vehicles and engines, to meet project needs.
- Initiate, oversee, and follow up on all planned activities to ensure progress and alignment.
- Plan, organize, and lead testing expeditions for thorough project evaluation.
- Manage functional and calibration changes within the project scope.
- Oversee the intake process to secure correct budget allocation.
- Monitor and manage actual spend throughout the project lifecycle.
