- Engineering background, engine engineering experience beneficial
- People handling skills
- Leadership qualities
- Experience in automotive industry, product portfolios, cycle plan management, project lead.

Your role at Aurobay
The team is composed of 12 of our most experienced employees and the delivery is section/company wide. Our expertise in project leadership and people management is crucial for forming a successful team and managing the company's program deliveries and section project responsibilities. An important aspect of this role is balancing resources, projects, and costs. Close collaboration with the rest of the management team and the section manager is essential.
As a Project management Manager you will:
- Manage our calibration leaders and system design leaders in daily operation
- Secure our orderbook, spend rate and overall planning for the sections resources.
- Support section manager on operational level
- Supplier and customer window person
