As a Test Object Manager, you will conduct cutting-edge and innovative research and development, which means that we need precise and effective test object organization. Since the test object organization is a core function in the prototype build process and prototypes serves as one of our main tools in the development chain, we need a manager that can develop this process further while still supporting current programs

Skills and Experience
- Education: Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of working with workshops, logistics as well as working with development engineers.
- Process driven engineering skill that enables implementation of an efficient test object process.
- Insight in logistics is important since the material flow depends on an efficient logistic structure.
- Practical and theoretical technical skills and ability to understand new technologies.
- The leadership skills necessary for developing the test object group.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Test Object manager you will:
- Be responsible for the Test object team
- Enhance the test object process for captive and non-captive customers
- Actively contribute to establishing logistics for a new Aurobay material prototype.
- Lead and develop the test object team with the goal of establishing balanced workloads and efficient procedures.
