As a Management System Responsible at Aurobay Skövde Plant you will efficiently manage and improve production processes to meet demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills and Experience
- Lead auditor education with knowledge about IATF16949/ISO 9001 Standard
- Good leadership and networking skills, good holistic view, and strongly drive for result.
- Good skills of training, coaching and analyzing, logical thinking, structuring and coordinating, communication
- Excellent English, both written and spoken, Swedish and Chinese skill preferred.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Management System Responsible you will:
- Dive and monitor the implementation and development of management system at ASDE, secure process orientation and fulfill IATF demands. And support ASDE management team to have clear view on the efficiency and effectiveness of management systems. (e.g.: Management Review)
- Overall responsible and coordinating ASDE local resource regarding all management system related work (e.g.: Gap analysis, new process implementation, Local Process development and global/local process discussion)
- SPoC to global Management System responsible related work, support all Aurobay IATF/ISO Audit work and leading the needed coordination at local ASDE. Meanwhile support Local Management team on deviation handling, overall monitor and secure the lead time to close.
- Take in from global audit network or 4.0 PGM regarding process related work (e.g.: IATF, Legal, CSR requirement and new processes), secure clear interfaces and connection between local ASDE and Global processes.
- Take over and representative local voice to escalate into global process discussion (e.g.: 4.0 PGM or global Audit work)
