As a Senior Analysis Engineer, you will conduct cutting-edge and innovative research and development to advance our technology and capabilities reaching our sustainability goal of net zero.
You have a high technical competence, documented knowledge of ICE thermal performance evaluation in both rig and vehicle, and a willingness to collaborate and share your expertise within the team and across our programs. As a skilled engineer, you contribute to the company’s ambition of reducing lead times and improving quality through the extensive use of advanced analytical tools.

Skills and Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Capable of leading a test and analysis assignment within a cross functional team, from planning to implementation
- You have experience in planning and managing the deliveries required to complete the assignment, along with analyzing and reporting any deviations.
- Be comfortable making decisions on work methods within the cross-functional team and ensuring that decisions made outside the team are aligned.
- Collaborative team player
Your role at Aurobay
As a Senior Analysis Engineer, you will:
- Initiate and conduct testing and analysis of engine/vehicle thermal performance both in testbeds and in vehicles.
- Propose relevant analysis and verification activities.
- Offer informed input from analyses to support recommendations for system leads.
- Contribute to the development of methods and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest advancements.
